Troyo Travels – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Troyo Travels! By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

Advance Payment: A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid before the trip starts.
Mode of Payment: We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, and Online Wallets.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, or supplier policies.

Standard Check-In Time : 11:00 AM (Early check-in is subject to availability). Your cooperation is appreciated.
Hotel Stay : Accommodation will be provided as per the itinerary. Changes due to unforeseen circumstances will be informed.
Change of Hotels/Itinerary: In case of unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to modify hotels or tour programs.
Transportation: Provided as per the itinerary and not at disposal (AC will not work on hills).

15 Days Before Trip Start Date: 25% cancellation charge.
7 Days Before Trip Start Date: 50% cancellation charge.
Within 2 Days of Trip Start Date: 100% cancellation charge (No Refund).
No Refund for Weather/Government Restrictions: Alternative activities will be provided where possible.
Lockdown Policy: A Credit Shell (after deductions) will be issued for future use within 365 days.
Refund Processing: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as Credit Shells within 7 working days.
Company’s Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel bookings even after payment is accepted. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.

Breakdowns & Delays: In case of vehicle breakdowns, travelers must wait for repairs.
Theft/Loss: Travelers are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
Illegal Activities: Carrying banned substances, engaging in unlawful activities, or misconduct during the tour will result in immediate dismissal without a refund.
Misbehavior (including verbal/physical assault) towards the tour manager or staff will result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Force Majeure: No refunds or compensation will be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, traffic issues, overbookings, flight cancellations, or entry restrictions at a destination.
Alternative Arrangements: While we will try to provide suitable alternatives, Troyo Travels is not liable for any claims arising from disruptions beyond our control.
