Troyo Travels – Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Troyo Travels, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness for all customers.
Cancellation Charges:
- 15 Days Before Trip Start Date – 25% of the booking value will be charged.
- 7 Days Before Trip Start Date – 50% of the booking value will be charged.
- Within 2 Days of Trip Start Date – 100% of the booking value will be charged (No Refund).
Important Guidelines:
Registration Charges are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.
No Refund for Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, or operational issues, we will arrange an alternate activity, but no refunds will be issued.
Lockdown Policy: If a lockdown occurs at the destination, a Credit Shell (minus IRCTC/Airline Cancellation Charges) will be issued for future bookings.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as a Credit Shell within 7 working days and can be used for any trip within 365 days of issuance.
No Returns or Cash Refunds.
